Accepting the truth…

It's so hard for us to accept certain truths in our lives. You often hear people speak about coming to terms with "their truth". I think I finally understand what they mean. See, truth is all about perception and perspectives.
Marcus Aurelius once said, "Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth."
According to Google, truth is just accepted perspective. So I guess it's true and everyone has their own truth because everyone has their own personal perspective on everything. I think this might be why manifestation is so important. Your brain literally believes everything you tell it. If you talk negatively about yourself or another person after a while when you see that person you'll only be able to see them in the light that you set up for them in your head. Same thing goes for yourself. Be nice to yourselves. Nobody else is required to be nice to you, nobody else is required to think highly of you. It's great if they do, but they don't owe you that. YOU, however, definitely are required to think highly of yourself. It's how you boost your self esteem, how your perspective changes, and how you'll continue to do well and feel great. It's the beginning of self love.
When you accept that perspective, when you boost your own morale, you're accepting your truth.
Be kind to yourselves!
Be confident in who you are, who you were and who you are becoming.
Love,
Dory ✨
